I will let you know some of the core differences between ECE and CSE branches. ECE branch deals with microprocessors, microcontrollers and embedded programming. In this you can specialize in VLSI, robotics, automation, etc. CSE branch deals with programming and coding in the software world. You have to develop innovative codes for solving software related issues. In this you can specialize in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, IOT, etc.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, NMKRV College for Women did not offer a B.Tech programme in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. However, it's important to note that academic programs can change over time, and new programs may have been introduced since then. I recommend visiting the official website of NMKRV College for Women or contacting the institution directly to get the most accurate and up-to-date information about the programs they offer.
