If you don't like maths then all engineering degrees and related courses are not fully fit for you however, you may pursue BCA or B.SC IT but you can't avoid maths completely if you want to stick around with Science.

All engineering streams are equally good. There may be cyclic variation in demands of stream from year to year. Current trend indicates that CSE or IT is favourite of students parents and recruiters in terms of placement and salaries. Electronics and Telecom gives wider career options as you can be employed in IT, Electronics or Telecom industries. It is recommended that you may choose your stream based on your interests to excel in Engineering profession.

Lateral entry is only possible in the same stream so you will be able to join IT or CS in B.Tech , if you have join electronics engineering than you have to start afresh from first year

RV college is the best. But it has very higher cut offs. You gotta work real hard to get that college.! And for 63 marks , I guess you won't get in RV college. maybe , you gotta try some other college.!
