If you are looking at PG Diploma courses, you can apply for wireless telecommunications, wireless networking, etc. These are practical learning oriented courses. For Masters, you can apply for MS electrical engineering and choose a specialisation in telecommunication.

If you are planning to continue your studies in India, you should opt for a Bachelors degree rather than PG Diploma.

Ideally, you should gain some work experience. You can also opt for an MBA right after your graduation but it won't be recommended as MBA, as a course, is designed for students who have some amount of work experience. If you're planning to apply now, give yourself enough time to prepare for the necessary exams (eg. CAT in India, GMAT for universities abroad).

If you want to make your career in your core subject, just stick to your core companies only. Firstly, you need to increase your field experience. So, whatever the salary you may get, do not hesitate as a fresher but try to increase your practical knowledge and thereafter, you may get more better opportunities step by step.

Hi Rupinder,
Please visit US News Ranking and QS Ranking for the top universities in US and Canada. MIT, CalTech, Carnegie Mellon, University of California Berkeley, McGill University, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and York University are some of the top and the most selective universities in the world. You would be required to take the GRE for masters in US, some universities such as UBC will also require a GRE score.
You must also take the TOEFL or IELTS. Check the university or department website for admission related information. Keep your academic records consistent and good.
Best of luck.

Hello,
What exactly you want to do? What thing interests you in this field? Just be sure about your interest before doing anything. Whether you are looking for job or higher studies? You have done PG diploma so why don't you try applying for jobs first. Get some work experience that will count later and if not then make a plan of doing some further study.

Hi,
The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.
Salary is a function of various factors:

Yes, you can. If you can clear GATE, then you will be called for a separate written test in the institute you have applied to. If you clear that written, you will be called for a personal interview.
There are many good courses in IISC and IITs. Please check the webpage of the Mathematics department in their respective websites.
