IIT Hyderabad does offer a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The ECE department at IIT Hyderabad was established in 2008 and has been offering undergraduate and graduate programs in ECE since then. The curriculum includes courses in electronic circuits, signals and systems, digital signal processing, communication systems, and computer networks, among others. The department also has active research programs in areas such as wireless communication, embedded systems, photonics, and micro/nano electronics. So, ECE is definitely taught at IIT Hyderabad.
