Hello Gopika, yes with your background of graduation in engineering in electrical and electronics I am sure you are definitely eligible for biomedical where both the branches that you are doing will be required. Hello Saksham, These three or of course different branches of engineering. There are lots of differences in them and there are lots of similarities also between them. However to explain in detail it will take a long time and a long essay.
