Hi dear,
KIIT School of Technology is the engineering wing of KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. It was established in 1997. They offer Electronics engineering as per their Curriculum and not Electronics and Telecommunications. According to their latest report, the institute claims that over 85% of the overall batch has been placed successfully. There were 11 accompanied that offered CTC of Rs. 10 Lacs or higher. As per my knowledge and my experience, you are definitely eligible for applying in Oxford College of Science for M.Sc in electric science. After completing B.Sc degree, as you have studied Electronics as one of your main subjects in your graduation degree, there is surety of getting admission.

As per my opinion and my knowledge, you are definitely eligible for applying for M.Sc in electronics. After completing UPPSC, as you have studied Electronics as one of the main subjects in your graduation degree, you are definitely eligible. So, don't worry about it and you can easily proceed and can fulfill your desire.

You can get admission in any institute recognized by AICTE, UGC, AIU. You should score high percentiles in GATE in order to get a good college. IITs, NITs, IIITs, Delhi University, University of Madras, University of Calcutta, JNU, Assam university, University of Mumbai, Gujarat Technological university, Amity university etc.

Kindly mention the entrance exam name for which you have missed appearing for the counseling. Though, I am not too sure to say unless I have the exam name, but I guess a lot of college offer direct admission process in colleges via reserved seats (5% of total number of seats). These seats are reserved for those people who actually didn't qualify the eligibility criteria for getting a seat in college but are willing to spend almost two to four times the actual fee of the college. I'll prefer you to opt for the Electronics and Electrical engineering as this is the best branch that will have the awesome future and will be in the great demand as more and more electronics companies are setting up their manufacturing plants in India.
