No, you are not eligible as BBA requires students graduated from 12th standard. If you have pursued Diploma after 12th then you can but if you are pursuing diploma after 10th then you cannot study BBA. Instead, you can get a B.E, B.Tech degree then proceed for MBA.

It's very nice to know your desire. Firstly, you have to decide as to from which university you want to do Ph.D. Secondly, you need to appear for and clear entrance test conducted to select students who can register for Ph.D. Thirdly, you need to get accepted by the guide for this programme. Then, with his guidance, you need to register and start the process.
