It is a core area of IT. You will be doing building, repairing, reverse engineering, coding, and testing. These are the suitable jobs, but you will get sales representative and equivalent jobs.

It depends on university and college. And there are very less colleges which conduct entrance exam. Can you please provide a college name?

Electronics from NIT (J). Look, first of all NIT has more reputation than thapar. Though Teaching of thapar is more better than NIT, but Thapar's standard is decreasing day by day. Plus, fees gap between two is so high!
I would suggest, NITJ.

For previous year question papers, you should refer to the webpage of the authority conducting examination. Or contact the board or department directly. As a third option, ask your seniors for it.

It's in a simple sequence:
PESIT
BIT
BMSIT
SMVIT
NIE
Dayanand Sagar
These are based on Placement and Faculty
and so one you can EC. It's the same under VTU except DSCE which, is Autonomous so there are better syllabus and more, much more holidays for internship and projects. So to the order, I'll make a small comment, take EC in PESIT even if you get RVCE EC, The department is tough and disciplined (not strict just disciplined) but the quality of faculty can be, better than a lot of NITs and a few IITs. Faculty with IISc, IIT and NITs and International School, and IEEE chair and Top Researchers. You can't compare the quality to anything else

Your choice depends on the subjects you are interested in and the profession you want to choose. However, Statistics is a very good choice. It has good scope in Management Industry and you can also apply for good government jobs.

Hello, Vijay,
It's really a typical choice. SRM is one of the India's top university. It's good in all over development with studies. It's an A grade university.
Good luck. Thanks
