Yes, you can apply for these exams if you wish to be a teacher.
For CTET the eligibility refer to the link: http://ctet.nic.in/CMS/Public/View.aspx?page=39
For TGT the minimum eligibility for appearing for TGT exam is either you should have a 4 years integrated degree course from NCERT and for TET all graduates including BA, B.Sc, B.Com, etc. are eligible to take the test. All B.Ed graduates need to pass this exam to work as a teacher.

Educational: There are no specific academic requirements for full time courses in photography, however, candidates who have cleared the 10+2 exam are eligible for the diploma/certificate courses in photography. There are many students who learn photography along with their college degree, doing a part-time course. Besides the Certificate and Diploma courses in the field, Photography is also offered as an optional subject for a bachelor's degree in Fine arts. Hello Prabal,
GATE is fundamentally an entrance exam for admission to PG courses of IIT or NIT. Of course, other colleges also have adopted it. But if big data is considered as e&c then only. You better check with VIT directly.

TET eligibility:
1) You must be of Indian origin.
2) A graduation degree from a recognized university.
3) A B.Ed degree is also mandatory.
4) At least 50 percent marks.
5) There is no age limit to appear for the exam.
TGT Eligibility criteria:
Candidate should be complete graduation or any equivalent degree with at least of 50% marks.
Candidate should be a citizen of India.
The minimum age is 21 years and there is no maximum age limit.
