Master Courses you should be eligible for after you complete your BE in EI are as follows:
1) M.Tech/ME/MS
2) MCA
3) M.Sc.
4) MBA
5) Civil Services exam
6) CDS exam
There are many other courses, but these are the ones closely related to your field (BE) and which will be more lucrative for your future. You should appear for the CDS and UPSC only if you want to join the defense services or the civil services.

If you want to switch to B.Tech in CSE immediately, you would have to discontinue your current studies in EE (Diploma), or you could complete your diploma and then opt for an M.Tech in CSE, or B.Tech in CSE, whichever you prefer. Two regular courses running simultaneously may not be allowed, as it has legal implications.
