43.18 LPA is the highest package available to NIELIT students. About 450+ firms, including several IT companies, visit NIELIT. The lowest or average package available is 8 LPA. However, depending on the student's qualifications and skill set, the package provided by the companies may differ. Additionally, the packages that NIELIT offers are excellent and fulfilling.
