For Electronics & Instrumentation (EIE) MIT Manipal is considered better due to its strong reputation in technical education, particularly for core engineering fields. They have experienced faculty and well-equipped labs. For Computer Science Engineering (CSE) MITWPU Pune is generally considered a stronger choice for CSE. This is because its placements are typically better with well experienced and qualified faculty. The curriculum is also more aligned with current industry trends.
