No, there is no negative marking for any wrong answer or not attenpted question in EMAT exam. As per the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) marking scheme for every correct answer candidate will get one mark and for no marks will be deducted for any wrong answers like other management entrance tests- CAT. There will be no negative marking for unattempted questions. As per the EMAT exam pattern, the question paper will consist of 60 Multiple Choice Questions, of one mark each. There will be no sectional time limit. Candidates can start answering from any section they are comfortable with. The EMAT exam is conducted for a duration of one hour.

No, the EMAT will not have subjective-type questions. EMAT is a computer based test inclusive of 30 multiple choice questions (MCQs) that candidates must answer in one hour.
