IIM Kozhikode does not prescribe the syllabus of EMAT. Candidates can know the important topics that are covered under EMAT syllabus by downloading the sample papers. The syllabus is divided across three sections viz., Quantitative Aptitude and Numerical Ability, Reasoning and General Intelligence, and General Management.  Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) is conducted by IIM Kozhikode for admission to Executive Post-Graduate Program (EPGP) in Management at its Kochi campus. No, IIM Kozhikode does not releases the EMAT answer key after the exam is conducted. Soon after the EMAT 2025 exam is conducted, authorities will release EMAT 2025 offer letters. Candidates will be able to download the EMAT offer letter from the registered email ID. Only candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to check their scorecards online. EMAT result is released in the form of offer letter. Candidates will be able to check their name and roll number if shortlisted. EMAT 2025 will be held in four phases. The results for EMAT for each phase will be announced soon after the exam is conducted.

EMAT applicants chosen for admission to the EPGP programme of IIM Kozhikode will receive notification via email. Upon receiving the admisison offer letter, participants are required to acknowledge it and submit the designated fee online as a confirmation of acceptance. They will be instructed to make payments for the first installment fee, caution deposit, etc., by the specified deadlines or as communicated in the offer letter. A formal induction programme and orientation session will be conducted. Completion of all these steps is mandatory for both admission and the ongoing participation in the program.

EMAT results 2025 will be announced in multiple phases. Candidates will be able to download the EMAT scorecard for the phase they will appear for. Only candidates who will appear for EMAT will be able to download the offer letter when released.  To download the EMAT scorecard candidates can visit the official webiste of IIM Kozhikode or open the link sent on the registered mobile number. Candidates must take the print of the EMAT scorecard when released. No physical copies of the scorecard will be issued to the candidates seperately.

Candidates will not be issued physical copy of the EMAT 2025 socrecard. On declaration of EMAT results candidates must login at the official website of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode- (iimk.ac.in) or check SMS on registered mobile number to download and take the print of the EMAT 2025 socrecard immediately. Only candidates who will register successfully for the EMAT exam will be able to download the EMAT admit card when released. No, there is no negative marking for any wrong answer or not attenpted question in EMAT exam. As per the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) marking scheme for every correct answer candidate will get one mark and for no marks will be deducted for any wrong answers like other management entrance tests- CAT. There will be no negative marking for unattempted questions. As per the EMAT exam pattern, the question paper will consist of 60 Multiple Choice Questions, of one mark each. No, EMAT exam does not have sectional time limit to appear for the exam. However, students will be required to complete the exam in pre informed exam duration i.e, two hours and no extra time will be granted to the students under any circumstances. EMAT is a computer-based online exam the test screen will move from first section to the next section only when the candidate clicks the next button.
