There are very good potentials with Embedded technology. Huge demand in auto mobile engineering, Medical manufacturing industries even other companies.
Whereas, IT as a filed is relatively easier than doing Electronics. There are also very good potential after doing B-Tech IT or computer science.

If you are able to get admission in a German University, you will able to get scholarship and or research assistantship to sponsor your educational and living expenses. You may just require your initial few months expenses.

Any good university prefers candidates with score of 300 and above. You can check different university websites for specific information. VLSI is a specialization in EE normally, some known universities for this area are:
1. University of Southern California.
2. Carnegie Mellon.
3. Boston University.
4. Illinois Institute of Technology.
