IIT and NIT do not offer undergraduate engineering degree course on embedded systems. All electronics and CSE graduates have embedded systems paper/subject in their syllabus. IITs are the best institutes for pursuing M.Tech embedded systems. IIT - Delhi is the best option for the subject.

Greetings,
First of all you should know what you are approaching, embedded systems is loads of programming, where 128 mb is still lots of RAM in that universe of embedded programming. So if you are Interested in loads of coding where you want your software to affect your physical things and whats happening at the bottom of the architecture then you are at the right place, so get prepared. Hello Aishwarya,
Definitely, you can get admission in the American universities as only GRE is not the eligibility criteria. The universities look for the overall profile. But, with this score, you cannot get into top universities. To get admission in Tier-2 universities, your GRE score should be 310 or more as the competition is very high.
I would suggest, you retake GRE exam and try to improve your score in order to strengthen your chances of getting admission in good universities.
All the best.
