UPES, Dehradun has petroleum engineering. So it is totally a different field. In SIIB Pune you will study about energy and environment management and sustainability so this is completely a different field.
You can compare UPES and PDPU for petroleum engineering.

Since you are from zoology field you will not find any applications in this stream. MBA in Energy and Environment includes technical knowledge and engineering applications too. If you had a degree of B.Sc in environment science you can apply. Also the companies would find difficult to hire you and provide you a profile due to your different specialization as compared to others in a batch. So I would recommend you to choose another stream which is related to zoology instead of E&E.

An environment management degree is a broad degree which invites numerous career options for those who pursue it. If you have completed a Bachelor's degree or enrolled for the final semester of Bachelors then you are eligible to apply for Masters.
For a university, you need to meet the language requirements.
