For B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, you must qualify JEE Mains and also hold a decent rank in JEE Advanced. Since, you hadn't given JEE Main, I don't think you have any chance of doing that. Also based on your 10+2 marks, you are not eligible for IIT Kanpur, even for NITs and IIITs.

Yes, there are lot of scholarships available for you like Lal Bahadur Shastri and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Scheme, etc. You can search for the eligibility there.

Class 12th core syllabus is the main part of SRM Entrance exam. If you have covered all the class 11th and class 12th syllabus, then you could easily clear the exam.
