Firstly, you have to complete your 12th with good marks. Then appear for CET of your state. Based on ranking, you will get admission to an engineering college for mechanical branch.

WBJEE, UPSEE, are missing but if you are confident of clearing better exams, leave out the less beneficial exams focus on mains primarily.

First of all you need to realize your core strengths. Having said that you are a mechanical engineer with work experience you have an idea how the industry works, you just need to think and analyze on your interest and key skills which will be handy for you to climb the corporate ladder. If you have an interest in HR than go for it, but doing HR from mediocre B school is just a waste of time instead aim high and go for one of the best institutes like Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
