There are many subjects and this is totally your choice in which subject you are good or by a hard labour you make it strong and complete the exams syllabus so choose a subject on your own.

Domicile certificate is basically a legal document issued by the court or any other government body of the state which proves that you are a legal resident of that state. Indian Engineering Services Exam is conducted by UPSC and follows the same pattern that UPSC follows for civil services exam. Of course, as the name suggests one should be a graduate in engineering in certain branches or M.Sc in some cases.
