Engineering in IT is a good option for students who are unable to make to B.Tech Computer Science. Generally syllabus of B.Tech CS and IT overlap between 80 to 90%. IT engineers are able to get good jobs in IT firms as application developers. Most of IT companies treat it similar to CSE graduates for application development roles.
