It depends on what are your plans for your future. Both are good but depending on your choice of career you should choose either of them. If suppose for an professor or teacher and interested in engineering than M.Tech is preferable. Hope you sort out your career choice and choose accordingly. All the best for the future.

HiThe scope for ECE in the Amrita is average, even though Amrita offers good experienced faculty and all the students facilities. The ECE field has is lagging behind CSE. You can check for some more sites to check the academic strengths from the college websites like LPU has been awarded for the national Employ-ability 2020 for best placements in North. ANNA alos offers the best placements in the South. Best would be to browse some college websites for checking the placements status because the web sites would be telling the exact details of placements. All the best !
