Hello Devang,
You are actually saying too many things. Firstly, you are saying you are preparing for government service. Secondly you are saying that you are interested in doing MBA. Knowing the present situation where in more than 50 % of fresh engineers are jobless, I would strongly advise you not to go for B tech in distance mode at all. Your dream of doing MBA is what you should pursue. I feel IGNOU is the best that yo

I understand that you want to be an aircraft engineer. For being an aircraft maintenance engineer you need to have an A.M.E. license for which you should enrol for B.Sc A.M.E. or A.M.E. You should look for such institutions which offer this course and pursue the training. Merely having a mechanical degree will not let you become an aircraft engineer.

Hi, Yes you can pursue, but there are very few colleges who offers part time B.Tech programme in India. Before pursuing the same few things keep in mind 1. The college from which you are willing to pursue the degree programme must be approved by AICTE 2. Attendance criteria is very important so ask the college about the percentage requires for appearing in end semester exams.
