Sure, you can do MBA after doing B.Tech in mechanical engineering. After that you can choose MBA in manufacturing management. It has very good choice for the career points.

Akshat don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. Hello,
After getting Diploma, if you cannot do BE/B.Tech regularly, then there is an option AMIE (distance education), it is degree course. The syllabus of AMIE is similar to B.E/B.Tech. The AMIE syllabus has two parts: - Section A and Section B (similar to First year, Second year etc. Of any formal degree course). Those who join for AMIE should first study and clear all subjects in Section A. Based on one's qualification, the total number of subjects in Section A varies. After passing Section A, he should study Section B. The total number of subjects in Section B is 9. Duration:
