No, there is no examination available for engineering now. You can give state level exam or you can switch to private university.

Yes, TANCET is conducted for admission to various master programs including MBA, MCA M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan. All students can apply for it as long as they have a qualifying degree, you can take part in the counselling. Good luck.

Mechanical engineering are working in different department of refinery
below are the department and their role. Reliability department- its function is doing RCA, FMEA, IRRR, insuring mechanical availability of rotary equipment for trouble free operations of refinery. There's one thing I can absolutely say about mechanical engineering after practicing for almost 10 years now and getting licensed as a PE. It's needed now more than ever, and especially those that can build and work with their hands. It's true everything has a computer on it these days, but it really is becoming a lost art to understand how to take ideas and turn them into real objects that solve problems and that's exactly what MS can do.

Yes, Masters courses consist of thesis or project. It is not easy as undergraduates but yes they will guide you how to do this but that's project in master will mostly applications based. So don't worry once you enter in good college everything will get set up automatically.
