Not really possible. Also, you have to meet the credit points of the university you plan to apply to. So check directly with the universities, if they find your profile fit for lateral entry or credit transfers they will allow you to do so.

Yes, You are eligible for what is called as 'All India Quota'. Please hurry up. You have to log on to 'dte' website and register yourself. Then keep checking on the different links about merit list, tentative admission etc.
