For lateral entry, you can get direct admission in 2nd year but for that you should give a Entrance exam known as JELET. Its Syllabus is same as that of B Tech in 4 years.

Hello Sunil,
A very cryptic message is displayed on the webpage of the university about lateral entry which states that students admitted to diploma courses of Dayalbagh University will be given lateral admissions. I suggest you contact this Institute by telephone directly.

CSE: 3603 is the cut-off of forbc-e, CBIT, Hyderabad. So, there are less chances to get seat in CBIT particularly in computer science.

It's nice to know your intention of acquiring degree. In Maharashtra the best college for this is of course COEP, Pune. But there are good colleges in almost every district of Maharashtra. You should select that is most convenient.
