No, DTU doesn't have lateral entry seats. You should try JECRC University, Vivekananda Global University-Jaipur or Manipal-Jaipur.

IITs and NITs do not have provision for lateral entry admission in 2nd year of B.Tech for Diploma holders in engineering from polytechnic.

Your grades are good but for a transfer option, you have to co-ordinate with the universities. You must meet credit point rules and transfer rules of the university you want to apply to. Please co-ordinate with the universities.

Just check if you are getting admission in a decent institute having good placement record, known for academics. If you are not getting any good college than you can give a try for IIT.

Government colleges in West Bengal do not accept JEE Mains scor5e. They conduct their own exam called WBJEE, so you have to score good marks in WBJEE to get admission here.

Dear Student,
Tata Institute of Social Sciences- School of Vocational Education do offers lateral entry to you, if you have desired skills taught in Year-1 at TISS-SVE. Visit www.sve.tiss.edu. In Indore you could visit TISS-SVE Training Hub Centre at 202, Apollo Trade Centre and Geeta bhawan Square, Indore. For entry to year-2 you need to appear for RLC (Recognition of Prior Learning) as per National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF).
