In most of the colleges/universities, the admission process has already begun. My cousin has also applied for the 2017 batch of Thapar University who are also inviting the applications online.

Almost all engineering colleges in Karnataka offer this facility. However, you will have to appear for special CET conducted by KEA for this purpose. The following link will give you complete information.

Management quota seats are available normally in the first year admission. Lateral admissions are covered under entirely different clause and hence this quota is not available.

The lateral admission information have not been updated, and for the same you can contact admission helpline.
The fee for regular B.Tech in civil is Rs.1, 23,500 per semester and there will be 2 semesters in a year.

Fee structure of engineering college varies yearly. It's little typical to confirm you the exact fee structure. But, I am sure that previous year's fee structure of this engineering college is near about 17000.

Normally lateral entry connotes entry in the 2nd year of engineering after the completion of Diploma in the similar branch of engineering. But after B.Sc, lateral entry is not allowed in B.Tech.

I am not sure about College of Engineering Pune. I don't know whether it provides lateral entry or not but Delhi Technical University provides lateral entry every year. For more information, please go through:
