No one can confirm eligibility criteria but for outside Delhi students, there are only 15% seats of the total reserved for outside students in IP university & Delhi Technical University.

Hi Abdul,
Yes, you can pursue B.Tech in chemical engineering. You can get admission through lateral entry. There are seats available for B.Sc students. You will have to appear for lateral entry exam conducted by each state university. The name of the exam conducted by Uttarakhand University is UKSEE.

Hello Abhishek,
Lateral entry is possible after completing Diploma. The lateral entry in 2nd year is restricted to similar branch. If you want to change the branch, then you would have to appear for CET exam and get admission in 1st year.

Hello Harkishan,
Yes, you can do BE or B.Tech in computer science engineering after completing Diploma in computer science engineering via lateral entry. You will get admission directly in the second year of engineering. The maximum age limit is 28 years and for reserved category students, the maximum age limit is 30 years.
