for officer assistant & officer scale I, II Jobs the Criteria is just a Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
To prepare for RRB Exams you should solve previous year question papers. it really helps you to prepare for the Exams.

Hey there! UTS is a very expensive option. Studying abroad generally is gonna be very expensive for a 4-yr UG degree in Australia. Besides Sydney is yet another expensive city to live in. Hence I strongly suggest you choose to study abroad as a graduate student. Hope this helps. Thanks!
