Criteria to get the admission in this college is Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification from a recognized educational Board. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (general) and 45% (SC/ST) at the 10+2 level.

No, they won't be eligible for IIM. You are supposed to have your provisional certificate at the time of admission or you must have a significantly good reason for your year gap.

Candidate must have scored at least 50% in his 10+2, and JEE marking changes every year, because amount of students given exams changes. So, according to your class 12th percentage, yes you may get the admission.

Without MH-CET, you are not eligible to give the choice of government. Aided colleges in Maharashtra, but there are some chances in some colleges if you have cleared JEE.
