AIT offers 120 seats in Computer Engineering Course commencing in July 2019. Only wards of serving/ retired Army personnel are eligible to apply for admission to AIT. Children from other categories, that is those who are not wards of Army personnel, can be considered for admission only after considering wards of Army personnel. Usually more than 3000 applications are received every year from Army wards.

Dear,
It is a 50-50 chance to get admission there but don't wait. Just take admission wherever you are getting the seats. Just apply for it. And you can also wait for some time to check the cutoff list of some colleges. All the best. Although you can make a list of colleges you like and see their cutoffs and exam accepted. Some of the colleges accepting independent exam.

Hi, I would like to give you a word of caution. This is so because recently UGC has banned all open school universities for distance learning universities from conducting courses of professional subjects like engineering and hence I would definitely like to advise you that you should not go to IGNOU for doing M.Tech.

You will get admission through CET for this college. In 2016 the cutoff was around 124 for Comps. Subsequently the cutoff has dropped. The facilities here are really good. Infrastructure is top class. The placement for Comps are around 90%.
