The 1st round of cut-off for COMEDK 2017 will be different for different colleges. It varies from college to college and every college has its respective cut-off. Also, there is no minimum cut-off (passing marks) in ComedK.

Yes, you can participate in the 2nd round of counselling of ComedK but you have to get a required rank for getting ECE in BMSIT.

Yes, you can definitely apply, provided with the reason/work experience you have/had in these 7 years. First, sort out the course and respective universities where you would like to apply and look at the entrance qualifications you would be needing. In general, they ask for IELTS/TOEFL, academic qualifications, work experience, purpose of studying, German language (if needed) and GRE (if they ask).

You cannot take direct admission into 2nd year after 10+2. The condition to take admission in direct 2nd year is you must be Diploma holder. Then only you will get admission in 2nd year. Hope you got it. Best of luck!

As per the official website of Singhania University-
" The University has been established by the government. Of Rajasthan, under Ordinance 6 of 2007. It is a UGC-recognised university as per Sec. 2f of the UGC Act 1956. "
Any student with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% in the case of the candidate belonging to reserved categories) in his/her graduation or degree exam from a recognized university is eligible for an MBA degree.You can check and try.
