Hello Mrinmoy,
Normally speaking, eligibility for admission to AME courses is 12th. But many institutes accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th and give admission. I would like to advise you that please check with your prospective institute about this.

Firstly, 10+2 and then, an entrance exam will be the basic gateway to the engineering bachelors. Choose branches such as Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics & Comm, Telecommunication, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc. so that it prepares you for a career in the software and hardware fields. During your engineering course, enrol in some kind of internship so that you have hands-on experience and it gives you a heads up when you want to continue work in the industry.

Hi Raj,I am really sorry to say that as per eligibility criteria your class 12th PCM group is considered. You cannot replace your Maths subject with any other subject. You must score 50% marks in PCM group in class 12th to qualify for Engineering. Hope you are clear now. Best of luck.

It's not that simple unless you are looking for a private college. For government colleges, it solely depends on your marks from engineering exams like KEAM for Kerala, JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. In private colleges, you can actually get direct admission.
