Hello Rohit, CBSE has announced cut offs under different catagories. It varies from 74 to -36. What it means is one is eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. But even if you have got less than cutoffs you can still apply to other than NIT / IIT institutions which have their admissions based on marks of JEE Mains. You are indeed eligible to apply to these.

Hello Suhail,
Normally, eligibility for doing AME is 10+2 with PCM. However, some institutes accept Diploma holders and also treat them as equivalent to class 12th.

A university does not need an affiliation as it is itself a University. You might be asking whether their degrees are acceptable at TU Nepal. This can be confirmed from. TU Nepal only. However, I am of the view that the degrees are acknowledged.

Dear Ashutosh,
I would like to answer your question.
If you talk about MSU- Baroda and LDCE. MSU is way more better then LDCE because it is far more old then LDCE and I would prefer you that you should opt for MS instead of LDCE if you got admission in Electrical Engineering. I BET you that your career will be far more brighter then that would in LDCE. 1000% MSU is better than LDCE. MS is accredited as A by NAAC. Thank you hope you liked it. Please upvote if you liked.
