Hi mate,
Yes, you are eligible for B.Tech. You can take admission in any of the college which provide lateral entry in civil engineering which will be of 3 years. In a private university, you may get direct admission on the basis of your Diploma score but you need to appear for test if you're applying in government university. I hope I've made myself clear.

Hello Fardin, There is no separate eligibility for petrochemical engineering. It is same as that for other branches of engineering like electrical or civil or mechanical.

It's easy you just have to apply for student visa permit for India. Your fee structures will slightly vary from Indian students due to quota seat reservations. The eligibility is 10+2 passed.

Class 10th marks do not matter to get admission for B.Tech. You need 75% in 12th to get into NITs/IITs/CFTIs for B.Tech. For SFTI's you need 45% marks in PCM, for state government aided it differs.

Hello Vineet Verma,
You need to prepare well for the engineering entrance test of IITs "Joint Entrance exam." The exam happens in two levels. The first one is JEE Mains which you have to give in 2019. After qualifying it, you become eligible to give JEE Advanced 2019.
If you successfully qualify both the levels, you can get admission in IIT based on your rank.
