Biomedical Engineering (BME) is the application of engineering principles and design concepts to medicine and biology for healthcare purposes. Students who wish to pursue this field must have a Masters (MS, M.Tech, MSE, or M.Eng.) or a Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in BME (Biomedical Engineering) or another branch of engineering with considerable potential for BME overlap.

I don't think weapon course is available in India at any university. Please correct me if I am wrong.
However, if you are interested in weapons technology, then I suggest you make an effort to join DRDO as a young scientist. There you will get enough opportunities to learn about weapons technology.

I am really amazed that you have managed to clear 12th even with these low marks. However, unfortunately you are not eligible to apply for a seat in engineering college.
