It depends. AMIE is not approved as equivalent to BE and B.Tech in every country. The institute where you applying may ask for evaluation report of AMIE from an accredited agency. Please get in touch with the respective institute directly.

You are not eligible to seek admission in engineering degree, as you require Physics, Chemistry and Maths as mandatory subjects for doing Engineering in 10+2 stage in majority of universities and Engineering Colleges.

Yes, you can do B.Tech in biomedical engineering, but you will have to work hard for this, you will have to study regular. Other courses you can do, s B.pharma. It is also a best course in today's time. There is more demand of this course in today's time.
