To gain admission to the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) programme at IIT Roorkee, candidates must first qualify in the JEE Main Paper 2 examination, which assesses aptitude in architecture. While the exact percentile required can vary annually based on factors like the number of applicants and exam difficulty, a general benchmark is that candidates should aim for a percentile of 85 or above in JEE Main Paper 2 to be considered for the B.Arch. programme at IIT Roorkee.

With a GATE score of 700/1000 in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), you have a strong chance of securing admission to IITs for M.Tech programs, depending on the specific department and programme requirements. Past cutoffs for CSE in IITs, such as IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, and IIT Delhi, generally range from 750–820 for general category students. However, mid-tier IITs or interdisciplinary programs might accept scores around 700. Apply through COAP for seat allocation.
