A rank of 404,776 in JEE Main would not get him into the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch of PSIT (Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology), as the CSE branch is very competitive. The top ranks usually are needed for admission into CSE in most institutions.

No, usually GATE scores are required by IIST (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology) to get into the M.Tech Aerospace program, though this might vary according to some criteria set by the institute. Sometimes, candidates who have passed a B.Tech in an appropriate branch with good grades are taken on direct interviews or through other selection processes, but that happens rarely. One must frequently check the IIST website or the admissions office for information about the current requirements and any exceptions to those requirements.

Yes, you can get admission to M.Tech at the Central University of Jharkhand without qualifying for the GATE exam. The university offers M.Tech admissions through its own entrance exam, which is an alternative to GATE scores. In some cases, candidates with a valid GATE score may be given preference, but if you don't have a GATE score, you can still apply based on the university's entrance exam. Always, the eligibility criteria, the process of admission, and information about any updates regarding M.Tech programs are present on the official website and the admission brochure.

With a JEE Mains rank of 101278, you can get admission to newer NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Manipur, NIT Sikkim, or NIT Mizoram. However, you might get less popular branches like civil engineering or instrumentation. Your category (General, OBC, SC, ST) will also affect your chances. You can also look at state-level or private colleges with lower cut-offs. To decide, check last year's cut-offs on the JEE website, consider colleges near your home, and make smart choices during JoSAA counseling based on your rank and preferences.

With a JEE rank of 176146 and a budget of 10 lakh, you can get a seat in a decent college for CSE, IT, or AI. Private universities like SRM, Amrita, and Manipal are good options, though fees might be high. State-level colleges and some NITs may also be possible, especially under your state quota. You can explore management quota seats in private colleges if needed. Compare fees, placements, and faculty before deciding. If you want to aim for a top college, you can consider taking a drop year (long term) to improve your rank.

With a 60 percentile in JEE Main, admission to Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) Indore for a B.Tech programme is highly unlikely. IIST typically requires much higher JEE Advanced ranks for its B.Tech programs, as it is a premier institute focused on space and aerospace engineering, with stringent admission criteria. If you're referring to other institutions with similar acronyms, such as Indore Institute of Science and Technology (IIST), admission might be possible with a 60 percentile, depending on the programme and seat availability. Many private colleges and state-level institutions consider JEE Main percentile

The College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) primarily admits students to its B.Tech programs through the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance examination, and not typically through JEE Main. Admission via JEE Main scores is not a standard pathway for CET, as the college follows state-level entrance criteria. If there are exceptions or changes in admission policies, such as accepting JEE Main scores for specific categories (e.g., NRI or management quotas), it's best to consult CET's official admission guidelines or contact their admissions office for precise and updated information.
