With an OBC rank of 41,000 in JEE Main and Telangana, your home state, securing a seat in top NITs like NIT Warangal is very challenging, especially in high-demand branches such as Computer Science or Electronics. So, you home-state quota might no be a very great help to you. However, newer NITs or less sought-after branches may have higher closing ranks, sometimes extending beyond 70,000 OBC, so you go after them. Also you may explore the NITs like, Agartala, Goa, Meghalaya and other northen eastern NITs, I think you can get easily get admission in them, in respectable branches. But, research well about them before joining. All the best.

With a JEE Mains rank of 90,000 and 150 marks in the OBC category, you might be able to secure a seat in a decent engineering college for CSE, but it's likely to be a lower-ranked NIT or a good private engineering college, not necessarily a top-tier institute; you should focus on exploring options in newer NITs or state-level engineering colleges.  Possible options to consider:Newer NITs: NIT Manipur, NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, NIT Puducherry, NIT Agartala.  State-level engineering colleges: Some well-regarded state colleges might offer CSE seats at a relatively lower rank in the OBC category.

With a rank of 64,000 in JEE Mains under the general category, admission to the top IIITs will be difficult as their cutoffs are usually on the higher side. Yet, there is a possibility of getting admission to some new or lower-ranked IIITs or other state-level engineering colleges.

With an SC category rank of 4800 in JEE getting into top 25 NITs for CSE or ECE might be challenging, but it's not impossible. The cutoffs for this branches are usually lower for SC category students compared to the general category. However the exact cut off varies every year based on factors like number of applicants difficulty level of the exam and your specific NIT choices. It is best to check the previous years skirt of trends to use the official JEE counselling portal to get a clear or idea for your rank. I hope this help thank you.

With 59% in JEE and 48.17% in your 12th board examination getting admission to a top engineering college is a challenging. However you can still explore options in private engineering colleges which may have lower cutoffs than government colleges. Some institutions except student with moderate JEE course and 12th marks specially in less competitive branches. It is also worth checking if you can participate in management quota direct admission options at various private colleges.Thank you I hope this helps.
