However, some of the well-known affordable engineering colleges in India with a good reputation for civil engineering include:
Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal

It will not affect on tfws seat, and another thing I want to tell you that if you fail for the particular year means discontinued or (YD) {not able to go for the second year} for a particular year it will also not affect on your tfws seats. {means you have to pay fees just as the TFWS candidate, and no need to pay tuition fess}. But do good study that will be better for you rather than focusing this type of the things, have a good job my friend.

Hello! Ujval Maurya, I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about SSN college. The fees mention here is for the duration of course and not per your basis. Normally, colleges use the terminology total fees to indicate that the fees is for the complete course duration and not per year basis. https://www.shiksha.com/college/ssn-college-of-engineering-old-mahabalipuram-road-Chennai-23008/courses
The fees mention here belongs to the category of tuition fees and maybe when you actually go for admission you may have to give more money because colleges ask for money under different headings over and above tuition
