These days tens of thousands of seats in engineering colleges across India are remaining vacant. In such scenario there is no need to give any donation. In any case "donation" is banned. What perhaps you mean is fees under management quota. Yes, you will have to pay this exorbitant fees if you want admission in a specific branch in a particular private college. Best wishes to you.

This college established in 1994 is accredited as A by NAAC. It admits students based in ranking by TNEA and charges fees of about Rs 2Lac for different branches of engineering including aeronautical branch. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.
