yes in Mumbai university there is scheme called tuition fees Waver scheme, in this government pays your fees to college. condition is that income must be below 4.5 lakhs.
or EBC- Economically backward class .
income below 2 lakhs

COEP pune,MIT,sinhgad,PICT,SSBT Coet Jalgaon,

tuition fees for
cs branch. is 2 lac and hostel fees is 1lac

Firstly u have to clear your jee advance exam and only if u are one of the topmost ranker in that exam then u will be able to study in iit kanpur

the fees for various colleges may vary .if u crack the entrance examination you may get scholarship but there are other universities who conducts their own test and offer scholarship on that also.
you can consult various private colleges in northern india like amity,lpu,chitkara etc for more.

tution fee will cost u 15 lac per year that means for 2 years it will cost 30 lac. but its only tution fee.
total fee including ur test (gre, toefl) , hostel, books nd travelling will be cost u around 60-70 lac.
