  Yes, you will get full fees refund if you do not want to take admission in GLA. You will have to give them a proper reason for not taking admission into the institute. Moreover, as per the UGC guidelines, students are eligible for 100% fee refund within a specific period of time and no charge an be deducted from them.

GIET Engineering College has provision for refund of fees where ever applicable subject to condition that the college executives has to follow it as per the time schedule of which the student has applied for withdrawal. In most cases, a student who withdraws before the start of classes will get a full or most of their money back, less a fee. If withdrawal has been effected after the commencement of the semester, percentage of refund reduces gradually and in some occasions no refund can be claimed at all. No chargeback or no refund will be permitted for fees paid through online payment system. In case of any duplicate payment, end user has to approach the accounts department with proof of excess payment, transaction reference no., bank statement etc. for suitable action by accounts office.
