MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore is better than HKBK, Bangalore as the placements of MSRIT is better than HKBK also the faculties are good. Hope you got your answer.

You can apply for RV College of Engineering, Bangalore and PES University by either giving COMEDK or KCET you can even apply via management Quota in both the colleges.
