With IT industry dominating the city, it will be a challenge to get good on-campus placement in mechanical engineering if the college is not up to the mark. Rest is your choice. All the colleges you have mentioned above are just average colleges in Bangalore. You can choose anyone of them. It doesn't matter. For exact fee structure, refer to the college website, however roughly the tuition fee is around 2 Lacs per year and hostels fee is around 1 Lacs per year.
