Hello Jithu,
Germany is far better than Canada for mechanical engineers. There are lot of universities offering M.Tech courses for mechanical students with scholarships.

For electrical engineering, I think, Australia would match your needs. It's an amazing country with technological advances and a very preferred destination for international students to study engineering. You have a very good profile for Masters and will surely help you to apply for scholarships.

Aerospace engineering is one of the best sectors in engineering. You can work for NASA or any other space agencies. You can also work as an aircraft engineer, satellite engineer or can go for the astronaut selection program after gaining some experience. There is a huge scope too if you are interested in the field of research.

The cost depends on variety of factors. The location of the university, availability of scholarship, etc. But, be prepared to spend about Rs.25 to Rs.30 lakhs.

To increase your chances you must take the english proficiency test TOEFL or IELTS with 6.5 score. The qualification otherwise looks good.

Hi,
For under-graduate degree in Canada, one needs to have good percentage in 12th class.
You need to clear SAT exam and TOEFL for the same.
