Well, considering your academic score and the number of backlogs, let me be frank to tell you that it is not even average and if a university was to consider your academics itself for admission in M. Tech, then they would not even consider your application (to be very honest).
But, don't get disheartened, there is always more for you to do.
Your IELTS test score is also average. So, what you need to do now is to improve your IELTS score to such a score that it would camouflage your academics performance.

Hi Lakshmii,
Not every university in Canada requires a GRE score. You have to check the university websites for entry requirements accordingly.

Hello Riyol,
Most educational institutions require qualifications comparable to a Canadian Bachelor's degree which means a completion of 10+2+4 pattern of formal education with at least 70% (subjects should be maths, physics, chemistry and English).
Also, you should appear for an English proficiency exam, generally IELTS or TOEFL.
GRE test scores are the entry-level requirement for a the institutions for Engineering specific programmes. GRE is usually required by top ranked Public Universities in Canada.
It is also true that lower ranked universities might not ask for GRE or if they do, they usually waive it.

Hi Saina,
Yes, Humber is a popular college and if this course meets your interests and career plans go for it. Check the entry requirements properly. Best part of the program is it features an optional, preferably paid, work placement directly which would related to your program of study, you should always opt for the work placement.
